Pneu-Dart Topical Treatment devices are designed to apply a topical treatment to the animal.
How They Work
Our Topical Treatment RDDs each contain a compartment allocated to the topical liquid media. Note: We do not provide the topical liquid media used in our RDDs.
There are four 5/32” topical liquid media ejection ports. Note: In a ready-to-load condition, these ports are sealed with our unique liquid media membrane seal.
Step By Step
Using a syringe needle, insert needle into 5/32” hole inserting your needle easily behind it.
The topical liquid media seal is tapered towards the rear; thus, you will now have an easier time inserting your syringe needle. With the media-filled syringe now directed (pointed) toward the tail of the RDD, inject the topical liquid media into the media chamber.
Remove the fill needle and the RDD is ready to be delivered.
Currently, size 3cc or 5cc are available for our Topical Treatment RDDs.
Users acknowledge and accept any and all liability when using this product. Extreme caution should be present at all times.
Our RDDs perform best when paired with a Pneu-Dart Projector. There is potential for inconsistent results when using projectors manufactured by other companies.
