Payment Terms

• Credit cards are charged for the full order amount when the order is submitted.
• The minimum order amount is $15.00 USD.
• Federal Excise Tax (FET) is added to ATF-regulated projectors. The applicable tax is included in the projector price displayed in the cart.

Accepted Payment Types

Domestic Delivery

• Domestic shipments are typically sent by FedEx.
• All shipments are FOB shipping point, Williamsport, Pennsylvania.
• Powder charges and CO₂ cylinders cannot be shipped by air or U.S. Mail.
• Items requiring an adult signature—including charges, CO₂ cylinders, and projectors—cannot be shipped to a P.O. box.
• Some regulated projectors must be shipped to an authorized location holding a Federal Firearms License (FFL).

RDD Flat-Rate Shipping

Qualifying RDD packs shipped within the 48 contiguous United States receive the following rates:

Poly Body and Aluminum Body RDD quantities are calculated separately. Projectors, optics, rails, charges, CO₂, and other items shipped separately from the RDDs do not qualify for the RDD shipping rate.

International Delivery

• International orders are typically shipped by UPS.
• Projector shipments of three or fewer units may be sent to the countries listed below.

Product Returns

• Call Pneu-Dart for a Return Materials Authorization number (RMA#) before returning any product.
• A 25% restocking fee applies.

Projector Repairs

• Protect and secure the projector, preferably in a hard case.
• Do not cut and tape a cardboard box around a projector for shipping.
• If a projector arrives in inadequate packaging, Pneu-Dart will return it in an economy shipping case and add $25 to the shipping and handling charge.
