Now Equipped with our Patented Slo-Inject® technology
Pneu-Dart Type ‘U’ disposable Slo-Inject® RDDs are our most versatile and universal tail design for Pneu-Dart Projectors. Type U RDDs are all equipped with Flight Stabilizers. Aluminum RDDs (3.0cc - 10.0cc) are laser engraved with the volume of the injectable liquids capacity. With this value added feature “at-a-glance” identification will help provide the best treatment possible.
Proper Cannula Length:
Pneu-Dart recommends ½" cannula for subcutaneous (Sub Q) injections. This recommendation has been scientifically proven and has been widely endorsed by the veterinarian community. A 1" cannula or larger will yield an intramuscular injection on cattle, cervid and many other animal species. If you are unsure of what cannula length is best for administering liquid substances to your animal, please consult with your veterinarian or call Pneu-Dart Customer Care Providers for further assistance.
RDDs 1.5cc through 10cc are equipped with a gelatin collar, but can alternatively be ordered with a wire barb. Gelatin collars comprise of an inert material retaining the RDD in place until the injection is made, and after several minutes will liquefy, allowing the RDD to fall freely from the animal.

Users acknowledge and accept any and all liability when using this product. Extreme caution should be present at all times.
Our RDDs perform best when paired with a Pneu-Dart Projector. There is potential for inconsistent results when using projectors manufactured by other companies.
* Selecting the Wire-Barb retention will require small incisions be made to the animal to remove this RDD. In the case of a single barb, only one incision needs to be made.
